To be specific, you shall have corresponding ability of risk identification and risk taking, invest no less than RMB 1,000,000 in a single private equity fund, and meet one of the following criteria:

我承诺符合金融类资产不低于300万元;

I undertake that I possess financial assets of not less than RMB 3,000,000;

（金融资产包括银行存款、股票、债券、基金份额、资产管理计划、银行理财产品、信托计划、保险产品、期货权益等）

(financial assets shall mean bank deposits, stocks, bonds, fund units, asset management schemes, bank wealth management products, trust schemes, insurance products, futures equity and etc.);

我承诺符合最近三年个人平均收入不低于50万元人民币；

I undertake that my personal average annual income in the recent three years is not less than RMB 500,000.
